Susan Gray serves as a Client Service Associate at Dynamic Legacy Planning, bringing more than two decades of experience in caregiving, client service, and professional support to her role. She is passionate about helping individuals and families feel comfortable, informed, and supported as they navigate important decisions about their future.
Before beginning her legal career, Susan spent more than 20 years working in home health and hospice care. Her experience caring for individuals and families during some of life’s most challenging seasons shaped the compassionate approach she brings to her work today. She understands that planning for the future can involve deeply personal decisions and strives to make every client interaction patient, thoughtful, and reassuring.
Susan earned her Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies from Ivy Tech Community College in 2014, graduating summa cum laude. She previously worked as a paralegal with Ittenbach Johnson Koeller & Abrams in Indianapolis and later joined White & Jocham in 2018.
At Dynamic Legacy Planning, Susan supports clients throughout their planning experience with organization, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help. Her combination of professional experience and compassion allows her to provide the personalized service that is central to the DLP client experience.
A lifelong Hancock County resident, Susan values the opportunity to serve the community she has always called home. Outside of work, she enjoys tending to her flower gardens, baking sweets and treats for family and friends, and spending time with her husband, John, their children, extended family, and her five dogs.
