Kathy Robinson serves as a Client Service Associate at Dynamic Legacy Planning, bringing more than two decades of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and client relations. She enjoys building relationships with clients and creating an experience where every individual feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
With a strong background in communication and relationship building, Kathy understands the importance of making complex or personal conversations feel approachable. She takes pride in getting to know the individuals and families she works with and helping make each step of their planning experience organized and comfortable.
Kathy graduated from New Palestine High School and continued her education at IUPUI. Her academic achievements include receiving the Hancock County Bank & Trust Award for Academic Excellence and membership in the National Honor Society.
Kathy has also been actively involved in her community through organizations and programs including Read Up, Meals on Wheels, and Leadership Hancock County. As a longtime Hancock County resident, she values the opportunity to work with and serve the people in the community she has called home for many years.
At Dynamic Legacy Planning, Kathy helps create a welcoming and responsive client experience while supporting the team and day-to-day client needs. Her positive attitude, communication skills, and dedication to helping others make her an important part of the DLP team.
Outside of work, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband, their two adult children, and two grandchildren. She is also a proud dog owner and enjoys caring for her plants and spending time on crafts.
